What’s Included:

4 weeks of programming

This is a lightly coached program (1-2 form checks per week). Programming includes 5 sessions per week. 3 lower body, 2 upper body. With optional cardio and conditioning! If you only have 3-4 days available, I will help you modify your programming if you ask me in the Facebook group! New programming will be uploaded every 4 weeks via the Compound app. If you join in the middle of a block, you will have the option to start at the beginning or join in on the week that you join!

Private facebook group

Once you sign up, you will receive an email with a link to my private facebook group. In the group, you can post any questions, comments, or concerns you have as well as occasional form checks from me during my business hours. You will also receive support for all things physical therapy from Dr. Katie Dabrowski in the group.

Support from a DPT

In the facebook group, Dr. Katie Dabrowski, PT, DPT, CSCS will provide DPT support and some fixes to common issues that people face when lifting!

A good mixture of strength training, bodybuilding, and endurance training….

My programming has a huge emphasis on strength for your main lifts- squat, deadlift, and bench. The rest of your movements will have a good mixture of strength, hypertrophy, and endurance training. I believe in creating a well rounded athlete!
