Hi! I’m Hailey Barragan.

Welcome to Get strong! I created Get Strong 5 years ago to help women become the strongest version of themself. Holding certifications as a CPT, PPSC, and a certified strength and conditioning coach, coupled with my experience as a competitive powerlifter, I specialize in guiding clients through progressive basic movement patterns, fostering both physical and mental transformations.

Being a mother to a 10-year-old son, I intimately understand the journey to overcoming challenges. Having once battled excess weight and depression, I discovered the power of lifting to transform my body and mindset. Witnessing similar transformations in my clients is my greatest satisfaction; I'm committed to helping each person become their best self.

My mission is clear—to get a barbell in everyone's hands, unveiling their true strength potential and optimizing their overall well-being.

Form is paramount in my approach, as I believe in establishing a strong and healthy foundation for your training. Drawing inspiration from my own beginner struggles in the gym, my programs prioritize accessibility. With exclusive access to my video library, you'll receive step-by-step guidance on every prescribed movement, eliminating any guesswork and allowing you to focus solely on progress.

My commitment extends beyond just strength; I design well-rounded programs which include unilateral exercises, core movements, multi-plane motion exercises, and conditioning. As your coach, I aim to demystify programming, providing clear explanations of each element and its purpose. Utilizing the Train Heroic app streamlines the process, ensuring a hassle-free training experience—just show up and excel!

Hi! I’m Sebastian Padilla

I’m a strength and conditioning coach with over seven years of experience and a proven track record of helping athletes unlock their full potential. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with more than 200 athletes — from first-time lifters to seasoned competitors — guiding them toward greater strength, improved movement quality, and higher levels of performance.

As a competitive powerlifter for the past decade, I’ve lived the process of training and competing, giving me a unique perspective as both an athlete and a coach. My background isn’t just theoretical — I know firsthand the challenges of chasing strength goals, overcoming setbacks, and building confidence under the bar. That experience allows me to connect with athletes on a deeper level, offering not only technical guidance but also mentorship and support throughout their training journey.

One of my proudest accomplishments in the sport was holding the California Junior Deadlift State Record in the USAPL, a milestone that reflects my dedication to the discipline and the methods I now pass on to the lifters I coach. While my own competitive success has been important, my true passion lies in seeing athletes succeed — whether that’s hitting a new personal best, competing at a higher level, or simply gaining the confidence that comes with consistent training.

My coaching philosophy blends proven powerlifting principles with a focus on long-term development and resilience. I believe strength training should build more than numbers on a bar — it should improve confidence, movement quality, and overall performance in and out of the gym. I emphasize smart programming that balances intensity and recovery, allowing athletes to progress without burning out or risking injury.
